AirtelTigo Sika Kokoo Bundle wins GITTA Award

AirtelTigo’s customer-centric and widely used Sika Kokoo data bundle was adjudged the Bespoke Digital Product of the Year at this year’s Ghana Information Technology and Telecom Awards.

The product, designed to give more data for less to customers who love to enjoy data frequently within a stipulated duration, stood out among its peer products on competitor platforms within the period under review.

Over the years AirtelTigo has been known for churning out great and innovative products have created products that address the specific needs of its various categories of customers.

The company often focuses on designing data bundles that takes into account customers’ lifestyle and consumption patterns.

Its headline data bundles currently include BigTime Data bundles, Morning Rush Data, XXL Data and the GIITA Award winner, Sika Kokoo.

AirtelTigo said, Sika Kokoo data bundle, which is available on short code *111# and on the AirtelTigo App, is for subscribers who enjoy using data frequently within a stipulated duration.

“It comes in different bundles and offers so much value to consumers compared to competitors,” it added.

According to the telcos, based on insights, it determined that customers want to have more data at affordable rates and Sika Kokoo offers just that – more volumes to do more at affordable rates.

“This product is suitable for streaming, uploads, and downloads,” it said.

According to the telco, the Sika Kokoo targeted customers are few on the network and their lifestyle and pattern of data consumption was what informed the design and targeting Sika Kokoo.

Even though AirtelTigo has not run any big campaign on Sika Kokoo, “it is doing amazingly well. The organic growth in adoption is amazing. This product is very competitive and loved by both AirtelTigo customers and other multi-simmers who are continuously seeking for the best offers on the market.”
