The Executive Mayor of Croydon, Jason Perry and the Civic Mayor, Counsellor Tony Pearson were both present at 11-year-old Sarah Afua Kittoe’s book launch at the Croydon Library in London.
The event was the launch of Sarah’s fourth book, titled “Ama and The Lost Key”, which has a Ghanaian theme.
Sarah’s three other books are “The Friendship Club’, ‘Lindsey and the Blue Fox’, and ‘Sarah Kittoe’s Colouring Book’ for toddlers.

Also present at the book launch was the CEO of CentrePoint, Seyi Obakin OBE. CentrePoint is one of two London-based charities Sarah supports with the proceeds of sales of her four books.
Sarah has also established an e-library for the Saint Paul’s Methodist Preparatory School in Tema, Ghana; where she is also refurbishing a library.
